THREE BITCHES VODKA
Some say you can't teach an old dog new tricks. But we sure taught ourselves one by designing a vodka everyone loves.
There's no bark or bite in this deliciously crisp spirit. Distilled from high quality wheat with a natural delicate flavor, it's perfect on its own, with your favorite mixer, and in the most refined vodka cocktails.
Three Bitches Vodka is bold, bright, and beautiful—just like Piper, our rescued pitbull mascot whose memory we honor through The Piper Project.
FOUR GRAIN AMERICAN WHISKEY
Our flagship, award-winning Four Grain American Whiskey sets the standard for all of our craft whiskeys. The cornerstone of our tasting room cocktail menu, it’s equally at home in an Old Fashioned, in a Highball, and on its own over a big rock.
We distill it twice from a mash bill of malted barley, rye, wheat, and oats before placing it in heavily charred, new American oak barrels to age. After anywhere from one to four years, a Four Grain barrel’s contents can join the blend. We deliberately mingle barrels of differing ages to balance bright grain notes with deep wood notes, maintaining a consistent flavor profile over time.
This unusual approach yields a whiskey that honors tradition while defying definition.
SELECT FOUR GRAIN AMERICAN WHISKEY
What happens to Four Grain American Whiskey when—instead of bottling it—you let it ride? You get our Select Four Grain American Whiskey.
Perfect for sipping neat or building a deluxe Manhattan, our Select Four Grain American Whiskey is a blend of whiskeys from barrels at least three years old, including some from the first barrels we filled with our iconic four grain whiskeys in 2016.
With a chocolately nose, a velvety mouthfeel, and a dry finish, Select’s additional aging imparts leather, tobacco, and campfire notes one hopes to find in a complex, mature whiskey.
BOURBON WHISKEY
“Do you have Bourbon?” Why, yes—we do.
Our Bourbon offers a reliable, subtle balance of grain, barrel, fruit, and other coveted flavors. Distilled from a 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley mash bill, our Bourbon ages for four years in heavily-charred, new American oak barrels.
Enjoy our bourbon neat, on the rocks, or in your Mint Juleps, Boulevardiers, and other favorite whiskey cocktails.
Honey Whiskey
If you’re tired of other flavored whiskeys that are too sweet, too hot, or too artificial, you should give our Honey Whiskey a try.
A favorite building block for our bartenders, our Honey Whiskey offers a more subtle, natural honey flavor than you’ll find elsewhere. It’s perfect over a large rock when it’s hot outside; it’s perfect in a Hot Toddy when it’s cold outside.
To craft our Honey Whiskey, we simply add raw, locally-sourced honey directly to our Four Grain American Whiskey. The honey’s floral and citrus notes complement the whiskey’s mild sweetness, bringing down the heat and dialing up the smooth.
PEATED SINGLE MALT WHISKEYs
Inspired by a combination of Scotch whisky and American whiskey traditions, our peated single malt whiskeys are twice distilled and finished in small batches. Bold yet nuanced, they offer flavors that harken to the Scottish Highlands and the Pennsylvania countryside at once.
Working with 100% peated malted barley, we ferment, distill, and age in Pottstown in barrels with differing provenances. The result is a series of whiskeys that balance unmistakable peat and malt flavors with an array of legacy wood and grain notes from previous barrel uses, such as Islay whisky, port wine, and our own Four Grain American Whiskey.
ANNIVERSARY WHISKEYS
Throughout each year, we carefully evaluate our warehouse stock in search of the most magical barrels. When we find those barrels, we earmark them for bottling in April in celebration of the next anniversary of the distillery’s foundation.
We celebrated our tenth anniversary by launching Ad Infinitum, a moonshot project to periodically release milestone batches that capture distillate from every year of Manatawny’s existence. Continually blending new whiskey with old, our Ad Infinitum whiskeys are the highest expression of our skills and dedication.
AMERICAN GIN
You’ll appreciate our American Gin whether you’re new to gin or an experienced quaffer. Gentler on the juniper and more forward on the citrus, our American-style gin is approachable and balanced.
Featured in many of our favorite signature cocktails, it revives Martinis, Gin & Tonics, and other classics while bringing novel vibes to newer cocktails.
Featuring Italian and Macedonian juniper, Seville orange, coriander, Tellicherry peppercorn, and orris root, our American Gin is delicate and refreshing.
GIN FINISHED IN OAK BARRELS
Light amber in color, our Gin Finished in Oak Barrels offers an unusual union between gin and whiskey. It might be the ingredient your next-level Negroni is missing.
Resting our American Gin for several months in barrels that previously aged our Four Grain American Whiskey. The oak barrel's transformative interior creates a mysteriously compelling craft spirit, delivering unexpected twists of vanilla, caramel, and spice comingled with tamed juniper.
Gin drinkers will notice barrel-imparted complexity, while whiskey drinkers will enjoy the nuanced flavor and mellow finish.
